Brett graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. With a career-long history in real estate development, Brett Johnston is now the managing partner for Urbana Communities, a developer/manager of mixed-use residential and second home communities. Brett has a 25 year history of Master-Planned Community Development expertise with national development companies, such as Arvida, a former Disney company. He has been a part of numerous development opportunities around the United States and Central America. Brett has been involved in developing, planning, and/or managing numerous large scaled projects totaling over 12,800 acres throughout his career.
