Brett Johnston

Brett graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983.  With a career-long history in real estate development, Brett Johnston is now the managing partner for Urbana Communities. Brett has a 25 year history of community development expertise with national development companies spanning the United States.

Melody Phillips

Melody Phillips was educated at Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS 1976, and Friends University, Wichita, KS, 1994. Her thirty year career has concentrated on working with entrepreneurs. Her positions have included Controller, Treasurer, VP Finance and CFO of the diversified entities for which she served. Melody serves as the Controller and Treasurer for Urbana Communities.
