The urbanarte project is located in the Medical Center area of Houston just across the street from Herman Park, and close proximity to the Museum District. This community will encompass 12 very unique detached town home units with an average size of 1,800 square feet each. There are several opportunities for pedestrian activity. And it's just a few blocks from the Main Street Metro train, which will take you right into downtown. The architecture will have an urban loft feel with roof decks.
