Overview
The Zocalo community is a 42 unit conceptual project comprised of three different types of attached and detached homes. The square footages range from 1,789 square feet of attached product all the way to 2,474 square feet of detached product. The architectural style could be classified as “Eclectic Hill Country” with lots of roof overhangs and outdoor space. Several of the units enjoy a rooftop deck overlooking a creek and park. Some of the amenities include iPort home installation, indoor flex space for hobbies, and outdoor dining gardens. Zocalo promises to be one of the more interesting approaches to the urban village.
