Overview
The Lomo Blanco Community, located in the North Oak Lawn area of Dallas, will encompass 22 units with an average size of 2,100 square feet, with small courtyard entrances and two car garages. The architecture will have a Santa Barbara mission influence with simple structural details including tile roofs and outdoor space. Some of the amenities will include iHome sound installation, elevator ready, outdoor living spaces and dining terraces. The Lomo Blanco Community will offer some of the highest-end finishes within this market. This product is scheduled to be delivered second quarter 2009.
